I do not have a printed catalog, my website is my catalog.
Because of variations in choice of steel and handle materials a price list is not available. However, I am more than happy to quote a price once we define you're choices. We'll correspond for as long as it takes to be sure that what I build is exactly what you want.
As a rule of thumb, my prices range from $325 to $375 for my most popular chef's knives and cleavers and $350 to $450 for most of my folders. The Rayzor Mk II, my most popular folder, is $400 - $450 for most variations.
