Ray Rogers Handcrafted Knives
The 7"x10" Metal Lathe
There aren't a whole lot of round parts in my knives but this machine makes it much easier to make
a small round part when I need one. It is mostly used for turning the oilite bearings I use in
my folders. Occasionally, I use it to make a thumb stud for opening a folder blade. It's
indispensible for making pivots and custom pivot screws. It also comes in handy whenever I need to
make a custom tool to use in the knife making process.
