Japanese Santoku Chef's Knife Style 1123
The theme for the design of this knife is "East Meets West". The Eastern
influence is apparent in the 8 inch Japanese Santoku style stainless blade. A beautiful
piece of desert ironwood accented with turquoise adds the Western contrast.
The back of the blade is
completely rounded so that it does not rub the side of your fingers if you like
to hold the knife by the back while chopping or dicing. I think it's particularly
appropriate for knives such as this one that are slightly blade heavy.
